Guassion Blur

This tutorial will teach you how to gaussion blur. Please link back if you've learned anything.
In this tutorial, we will turn this:

First, go to the base layer and duplicate it:

Select the duplicated layer, and go to gaussion blur:

A window should pop up asking you the radius. Type in 3.0.

Select the base layer and duplicate it again.

Go to your layer palette and make sure the new duplicated layer is on the top of all your other layers. Drag it to the top if you need to. Your layer palette should have the base layer at the bottom, the gaussion blurred one in the middle, and the new one at the top.
Set the new duplicated layer mode to screen.
